The Wynnstay Hotel & Spa is committed to providing accessibility for all and strives to operate best practice within the constraints of our Grade II listed building.

We have two designated car parking bays and there is a separate entrance to the hotel from the adjoining car park with an accessible bell system in order to offer any assistance needed.

A bell is situated on the exterior of the front door to summon assistance to gain access and we have a low level check-in counter.

All of our ground floor is easily accessible by wheelchair. However, we don't have a lift to the other floors.

All of our restaurants and bars are accessible and have sufficient wheelchair access to the tables.

The hiring of wheelchairs and mobility aids hire can be arranged with prior notice. Guide dogs are welcome in the hotel and we have a hearing loop. Emergency fire procedures are in place.
